Party over here!!

This weekend was a fun one! Brock drove up to Logan with his friends Nate and Landon on Friday afternoon. Party over here!!!

Friday night Meech, Brock and I went to Olive Garden. After eating 1000 breadsticks we drove to Snow Hall for some fun. We made our first stop to Snow 105-in honor of DJ Hesterman. Good thing everyone cool was at the football game, or else we would've looked like serious creepers! But, we took a picture to send to Deej. Meech and I met Deej our freshman year and became best friends. Not only that but we founded the Creep Squad "CS" before he left on his mission. I was writing to Brock when Deej got his mission call to Burmingham England-right where Brock was! I sent Deej out after he promised to spy on Brock for me. I'm joking....kind of. It just so happened that once Deej got out of the MTC he was trained by none other than THE Elder Barrus. Crazy how that happened. So, this picture is in front of DJ's room with all three of his favorite people.

Our next stop was to Snow 406- the coolest apartment at Snow. They always had happening parties there. Not really. That was my old apartment freshman year. We couldn't go to Snow without stopping at 406. Good memories!

After our flashback to the past, Meech, Doug, Brock and I went to a corn maze. I promised Brock it wasn't haunted.....but found out once we got there that it was. FUNNY! Doug acted like he was 3 (nothing new). We found our way to the tower and climbed up it to see where it was when Doug started shaking it and screamed "AH! It's going to break!" A bunch of the kids on it started booking it off the tower cause Doug scared them so bad. After about an hour we finally found our way out. Corn mazes are weird things. You pay money to go in one, just to be super annoyed that you can't find your way out. Something's not right there...

Saturday morning during conference I talked Brock into letting me straighten his hair before I gave him a haircut. This is the result:

Later Saturday night we went to see the new Rugby movie Forever Strong. It was pretty good, but mostly just funny to see people we both knew in it.

Sunday morning we made sticky buns....and ate the whole pan. We both started out with one piece. Once that was gone we got up and just divided it in half and put the rest on our plates.

The jacket I have on is the one that Meech, Les and I bought and wore to the Halloween USU basketball game last year. While Brock was on his mission I told him about that story. While shopping at Walmart a couple weeks ago I saw one his size and decided that he needed one to be able to fit in with Brentwood 30. What do you think?

You didn't leave me any sticky buns? How rude! Those jackets are freaky and I like Brock's hair better curly than straight. What do you think? Looks like you guys had a fun weekend!
